The Team Performance Dashboard allows you:
See how well the team performed on its goals, technical leadership, and expectations management.
Check historical data on how well the team has been delivering the past 12 weeks.
Allow each team mate see how she’s doing across multiple projects, and overall.
What’s coming in the next few weeks?
Managers will be able to dig into their team members’ work history to see how they’ve spent their time, so they can better support them on their path towards their goals.
This feature is in line with our mission to build DrogoAI to cater to:
the CEO who would like to as much as possible always meet product launches and revenue goals
the HR Manager who wants to make sure everyone’s doing what they’re supposed to be.
the manager who likes to stay friends with her team but also want to make sure everyone’s putting in their best.
the employee who doesn’t like to be asked the question “What have you accomplish this day/week/month/quarter” (let the records show!).

True. I’m also hoping it helps make it easier overall for employees and management to stay on the same page on what success mean, the methods applied, and the validity of the results gotten. Especially during day-to-day operations.
It was rolled out for all Workspaces. It works for spaces that have their week’s focus set. If no week’s focus is set, it assumes no work’s being done. So no point measuring performance.
