It’s inevitable.
I think it’s best everyone just resigns to these facts.
- No one will stay young forever.
- People younger will do things that surpass you.
- You want to work with people that inspire you or you benefit from.
So it’s, at the end of the day, only a matter of time.

It’s honestly inevitable now. younger people are making more waves in recent times.
And the question of having a boss who is younger than you. For me I won’t possibly see an issue with that but I don’t know about others, it’s more about what quarter I’m contributing to the team or organization I work for than who leads the team.
