It’s inevitable.

I think it’s best everyone just resigns to these facts.

  1. No one will stay young forever.
  2. People younger will do things that surpass you.
  3. You want to work with people that inspire you or you benefit from.

So it’s, at the end of the day, only a matter of time.

It’s honestly inevitable now. younger people are making more waves in recent times.

And the question of having a boss who is younger than you. For me I won’t possibly see an issue with that but I don’t know about others, it’s more about what quarter I’m contributing to the team or organization I work for than who leads the team.
