We’re working on Drogo’s performance review module, and have a sense of how we’d like the flow to be.
However, it would be great to learn what makes reviews great, and what you’re looking for in a helpful review, so we could better improve how we reason around the solution we have.

A good review focuses on specifics & growth, not just generic feedback. Curious to hear what others find helpful!
Once, I had a feedback on my ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time within a limited period with an encouragement that I can deliver 80% or more of all the tasks if I learn time management. The positive review motivated me to achieve above the benchmark and it has worked ever since. Thanks to that manager
