What would you prefer you are giving for a project unlimited resources with a tight deadline or limited resource and no deadline?

So, having unlimited resources comes with an overwhelming amount of pressure to deliver, and on the other hand, having ample time with limited resources comes with you coming up with creative problem-solving strategies within constraints

for me, I would lean towards having unlimited resources with a time constraint, while the pressure is high, having sufficient resources allows me to be flexible in planning and provides an avenue of options.

personally a deadline hepls with having a clear stop time instead of no deadline that the work might seem unending

Limited time keeps me on my toes… Limited resources can be annoying for me most times.

So I’ll rather be on my toes with enough to deliver… Unlimited resources and a tight schedule. :+1:
