Which environment fosters greater productivity for you: working from home or working from the office?

Just the other day, my boss asked a colleague if he enjoyed working from home as against working in the office.
The question got me thinking about my experience working in both environment in the last 2 weeks. While one keeps me focused and accountable all day on the job at hand without interuption of any sort, the other offers flexibility and low pressure on the job with the same drive of achieving the same result. What I deduced from both experiences was the level of discipline towards achieving the tasks at hand.

Have you ever had both experiences? Which environment would you say cultivates greater productivity for you? Home or the office?

Some of us just like working, but I generally really love the idea of being able to be productive anytime, anywhere, with the right tools of course. But that’s just me…:dark_sunglasses:

Both working remotely and being in the office have their benefits. Remote work offers flexibility and fewer distractions, while the office provides structure and collaboration opportunities. imo, a blend of both settings fosters productivity
